Dancey Dance Time

We have a fairly good routine of kitchen dancing after dinner. Most nights we turn on some music and Jason and I dance with the girls in the kitchen. This is typical Elsa dancing.

This is Inga's dance class. Yes, there are two teachers and two students. The class was small to start with and a couple have dropped out due to lack of bravery. The class has since joined the Friday night class and now has a lot more girls in it. Inga is still adjusting to the larger number of students so we'll have to wait a while until we get more video of her dancing!

New Year's Eve 2009

For the seventh year in a row, we met up with Jason and Amy Haag (along with Addison and Gable) to ring in the new year. We were again joined by Nick and Anne Ironside (and Brogan) this year who were with us last year. I guess it's becoming a tradition! It's always so fun to see how the kids are growing and to see how the group grows each year. The kids had so much fun running, playing, and eating. The adults just enjoyed chatting and playing games. Adult interaction is always fun!

By the way, if you go back to January of last year you can see pictures from our New Year's gathering and compare how the kids looked then and now!

Christmas 2009

We had a very good Christmas this year. The girls we so excited about all their gifts and now understand Santa Claus. We did our best to explain baby Jesus and why we celebrate Christmas. I suppose more understanding of that will come.

Mark, Stephanie, and Dustin...we were just missing Kerry and Louis.
