As you may remember from previous summers, we have acquired a backyard "pet" named Buddy. Buddy hasn't let us down this summer and made an appearance for the girls. They loved seeing him again!

Meeting Snoopy
During our recent visit to Kansas City we stopped at Worlds of Fun. While we were there, Inga and Elsa had the chance to meet Snoopy. Inga was very excited about it but Elsa was a bit more hesitant.
25 Weeks
Here is my traditional photo at 25 weeks. My belly is getting so big. It's hard to believe that it's going to get even bigger! Time is passing quickly. Before we know it, this baby will be here!
Little Girls in the Toy Box
Elsa decided that playing in the toy box would be more fun than playing with the toys. Even better is that she smiled for me when I took her picture. She doesn't like to smile much for pictures anymore. It's so fun to capture that beautiful grin! Once Inga saw how much fun Elsa was having, she had to join in!

Balloon Glow
The annual Freedom Festival was celebrated by one major event in Cedar Rapids...the Balloon Glow at Brucemore! The girls loved seeing all the balloons go up and especially liked the school bus ride from Washington H.S. to Brucemore. The snow cones from Nana weren't too bad either! We all had a fun evening listing to the music and walking around the lawn.
